Usually, your parcel arrives the day after it leaves us. Orders for easybox are picked up by the courier at 10:00, and those by courier or FANbox at 14:00. In December couriers are busy and delivery can take up to 3 working days, so don't leave your order for the last days before Christmas.

If you're running late, you get the gift card by email and can send or print it even on Christmas Eve.

If the gift isn't right for her, she has 60 days to return it, even if she has opened and tried it.
